Your Quick, No-Equipment-Needed Workout

The long weekend is ahead (although I kinda feel like life has been one long weekend lately, haha!), and I know keeping to your fitness routine is important to you.

So, I wanted to give you a quick, no-equipment-required workout you can do before you start hitting the BBQs and hitting that cooler filled with ice cold beer (every party has one!) – or any time for that matter!

And remember- you’re not working out to earn your food and drinks. You’re working out because it makes you feel good and will start your day off strong.

Start with a quickie warm-up then perform each of the following 2 circuits for 10 minutes each (20 minutes of work total):

Have fun! Finish up with a short cool-down by going for a walk and doing some static stretches for the hamstrings, quads, glutes, calves and upper body.
