Less is definitely more when it comes to alcohol but you can totally still indulge a bit here and there.
If you’re someone who likes a glass of wine to unwind or have a cocktail or two on a date night, have at it! Let’s just make sure you’re doing it mindfully and are fully aware of just how alcohol effects your energy, food choices, and waistline.
