Lots of good food, family, friends…Egg Nog! What’s not to love?
And while I’m all about enjoying yourself and what you eat, not just around the holidays, but always, I find a lot of women end up throwing caution to the wind and let their healthy habits and goals go right out the window if they don’t have a few strategies in their tool belt.
