“Before coaching, I yo-yoed between weight watchers, beachbody, FitGirls - you name it. I'd stick to a "diet" for 3 weeks, loose a bit of weight, and then pile it right back on. I was a stress eater & binger, and had a bunch of emotional eating habits that kept sabotaging my health. I HATED exercise (it was punishment for eating poorly) and I never thought that could change.
