Food, calories, carbs & my increasing weight were all I could think about – nevermind the HOURS I’d spend running, Spinning & HIIT training trying to burn as many cals as possible, all the food prepping, eating 6 small meals a day, then the inevitable rebound & binge. If I wasn’t actively eating food or working out, I was thinking about it – it was all I was thinking about.
It wasn’t until 2015 that I started doing things differently (even though I was really scared & nervous I’d balloon up!) and it took me a year or so to fully move from obsessive dieter & exerciser to a more intuitive, moderate approach.

Each week, we will meet on Zoom for a short lesson on nutrition, then will open up for Q&A so you can get face-to-face coaching in real time!
