Who is the 8-week Nutrition Accelerator NOT for?
This is not a quick fix, lose 20 pounds in 8 weeks, cut carbs & white knuckle your way through, kind of program. Changing how you think and feel about food is a long game. There’s lots of thought swapping and unlearning we need to do on the front end before we start cutting back on calories and going into a caloric deficit. That said, you’ll learn how to balance your meals, which helps cut cravings & end mindless snacking (natural calorie cutters), and how to make more sound nutrition choices whether you’re on vacation, on a road-trip, or at a BBQ with all your friends without feeling deprived or guilty. But don’t sign up if you think it’s as simple as me handing you a meal plan and that’s all you need to do. You have to be willing to put in some work and meet me in the middle. This program isn’t hard, it’s not an overhaul. It’s simple, and it works.

I’m the owner of Lauren Bradley Coaching, creator of the 8-week Nutrition Accelerator, and reformed all-or-nothing dieter.

I was a professional dieter for 15 years. The only problem was….I sucked at it. I couldn’t stick to a meal plan for more than a few days to save my life and I couldn’t stop eating Pop Tarts, Oreos or Goldfish crackers once I started.

But that didn’t mean I stopped trying! From the Special K Diet, to Weight Watchers, to SlimFast, diet patches, Stacker2 diet pills, South Beach Diet, going vegetarian, doing tons of cardio…I was in an all-consuming cycle to diet/binge.

Then, one day after a binge, I sat on my couch thinking “how am I supposed to live the rest of my life like this?” Then, call it divine intervention, call it Jesus himself – I heard something else “or you could try something different…”

And that began my journey of learning how to stop eating when I wasn’t hungry, how to have a cookie or two and not let it spiral, how to stop obsessively exercising to burn calories, how to ENJOY FOOD AND EXERCISE AGAIN.

Now, over six years later, I hardly think about food. It’s neutral. I can be around any food any time and take a single bite and feel fine. I exercise 20-45 minutes 5 days a week and maintain my size & weight effortlessly.

And since, via my online programs and in person training, I’ve helped hundreds of women quit the all-or-nothing approach, stop having to “start over on Monday” and learn to eat the same on Saturday that they do on Monday. Not perfect, but never overdone. Satisfied, never stuffed.
